A list for this day is already saved. Saving replaces it, but keeps arrived/departed statuses, FO notes and seaplane tracking for guests and transfers that are still on the new list.
Every notification that was sent is on the Notifications tab.
Flights move here when they land, get cancelled, or you stop watching them.
You can read the chat. Ask an admin if you need to post.
You can upload lists, see storage and live feeds, and manage all flights, but managing user accounts has been switched off for you. Ask an admin who has that right.

As admin you can also see, update, stop and delete every user's flights on the Seaplane Tracker tab, and delete any chat message. All notifications are on the Notifications tab.
Enter the tail code once TMA confirms which aircraft is flying, with or without the hyphen (Flightradar24 shows it as 8QTMB). It's checked against the aircraft registry and live tracking before you can confirm it.
